Canteen Roster
Hey Everyone,
Due to the lack of volunteering for Canteen Roster, 7A's got in first and have left us with these time slots :
10:30 - 11:30 - 1 Parent
10:30 - 11:30 - 1 Parent
11:30 - 12:30 - 1 Parent
11:30 - 12:30 - 1 Parent
Remember that our game is at 11:00am, so unfortunately some of us will only see half of the game, and also this means I can only help out later on after the game.
I found out more information -
There is a dedicated person in canteen, and easy instructions for all the help we can provide. Kylie from the 7A's has been in the canteen several times already this year.
If soccer is called off due to rain, we won't have to do it.
Grounds have been closed all week due to train - will advise tomorrow regarding training.
I'm about to get on the phone to fill these 4 canteen positions - or if you read this - please volunteer!

The new canteen roster system means that each team (or parent) is only required to help ONCE in the whole soccer season. We have been given notification of our teams turn to carry out this once a season duty. We only need 5 helpers from our team - as another 5 will be coming from the 7A parents. Most teams split the roster in two.The 7A & 7B teams have games at Montview at 10:10 and 11:00am on Saturday, 29th July and it would be appreciated if we could organise a total of 10 willing parents from both teams to carry out 1 hour of canteen duty during the morning.If a parent has already done duty with another team, they are not required to volunteer again.The BBQ is really important in raising funds, so we need to try get at least one person in each time slot, who would be comfortable cooking and serving barbecued food. Remember that this will be the ONLY time this season that our teams parents will be asked to help in the canteen.
I need to arrange the roster by negotiation with each other and our team parents and fill in the table with the parents names & contact details? Please note that they need 3 people in the two middle slots as these are the busiest times for the canteen.They would appreciate it if I could return this completed form by email to the club at the earliest opportunity but no later than the Thursday of the week before our allocated duty.
